Description

A semi-automatic machine that inserts a filled pre-filled syringe (PFS) into its safety device (Preventis). The operator places the syringe and the safety device in a jig, and the machine then performs the insertion under servo control. It supports both square and round safety device shapes and runs from recipes selected on the HMI

Sequence of Operations

  • Placing of Safety Device, in the respective slots provided in the Jig.  
  • Positioning of PFS into Safety Device.  
  • Arranging of Plunger into the PFS.  
  • keeping the Jig in the destined position, over the equipment.  
  • Select Recipe and initiate semi-automatic fixing operation of safety device.
