VHP PASS BOX

  • Is designed to perform low temperature surface bio decontamination at room temperature with 35% H2O2 Concentration.

Application:

  • To enable safe transfer of heat sensitive material into sterile production cleanroom (as they are not autoclavable).
  • Method of H2O2 Injection - Wet Type
  • Sterilization Assurance Level: 6 Log Reduction is ensured by our equipment, on all exposed surfaces.
  • Following operations are involved during Decontamination Cycle         

           a.) Leak Test Phase

           b.) Conditioning (i.e., H2O2 Injection) Phase

           c.) De-contamination Phase

           d.) Aeration / Ventilation Phase.

  • Disinfection level and the process time required to reach the required disinfection

            level depends on the following properties of the pass box…

           a.) Porosity of the surface materials.

           b.) Shape of the pass box.

           c.) Volume of the pass box.

           d.) Distribution of the aerosol in the pass box.

  • Can be supplied along with AHU, De-humidifier and BIBO Unit with exhaust HEPA.

Utility Requirements:
            a.) Power Supply - 1 Phase, 230 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz Or - 3 Phase, 415 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz.

            b.) Compressed Air     - 0.5 Bar to 4 Bar.

  • Overall dimension of our equipment is customized, based on the site / client requirement.
